Their number is 1800-255-3700. If the Wii's under warranty it will be free. If its not under warranty you have to pay. It will take about a 7-14 days to get it fixed. One time one of my discs for Wii wasn't working and it had no scratches so we sent it to Nintnedo and they sent it back in 10 days and they fixed it. Sorry but you do have to call Nintendo.
